At Retrofete, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 21 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
